WORKOUTS TO DO AT HOME OR OUTSIDE

In this page I will post some workouts that I have been doing - and still often wish I could do more of ;) - that are effective in getting you toned. 

I have always been pretty active, doing lots of sports and also going to the gym (my mom is quite big into fitness so she has always been expecting us to shake that body lol). However, I would lie if I said I have always done as much as I wished or should. It's hard to make the time, and sometimes to get motivated (especially during winter if you live in a cold place) - even though you feel so much better once done!!! 
So this page is not intended to give you a full workout plan - this depends a lot on your personal goals/ physical condition - but rather some exercises that each of us could do here and there and squeeze during our busy days that I have found helpful to me getting back into shape. I have been doing regular High Intensity workouts (I seriously love those!), but some of those exterior workouts that you will find here have really become a healthy routine to me.

I will try, as much as I can, to post videos, as it is easier to see and understand the movements, but bare with me if I don't, it takes a lot more time to do :p
